Due to the unbelievable amount of rain we have recieved in the North Texas area, we decided to plan ahead and have tonight's show in the "Upstairs at the White Elephant" private room. It was a good thing we did! About 4pm, a huge storm rolled through town, drenching the outside beer garden.

The upstairs room was the perfect venue for an intimate show - with the hardwood floors and the "low lighting". There's a "no-smoking" rule in the main room, but they have a great balcony that you can sit on and still listen to the music, if you need to smoke. You can also bring your food upstairs from The Love Shack.

Greg Reichel started the night off with a great set of songs from his new "EP", which was produced by Travis Linville. He has some really talented back up musicians on the album - Travis, Jeremy Watkins and Eric Hansen. From what we heard at the show, he's got some great new songs!

Steve, Nathan and Brandon put on a great show! When they pulled up in the back parking lot, we had to laugh ... it looked like they'd brought half the state of Oklahoma with them!! It was another great "Okie" show and we look forward to having them all back soon.

Although the "Upstairs" private room is the perfect room for an intimate acoustic show - it also requires alot of extra work setting up before "show time". We want to thank Brad and the staff at The White Elephant/Love Shack for having all of the chairs set up when we got there. Also, thanks to Matt for lugging all of the sound equipment up those long stairs. Thanks also to our "sound guy" - David Glass, for staying "extra late" and closing up for us. We couldn't do it without your help! Joni, Emily & Rachel aka "The Clubhouse Girls"
