| It was the last night of the "Ramblin' Revival Tour '08" and we felt very honored to have Jason, Adam and Owen finish off the tour at the Clubhouse. They are all VERY talented singer-songwriters and everyone in the room were in awe of the talent on the stage. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system in the Upstairs room has a tough time keeping the room cool in the August heat, but no one seemed to mind (too much). Everyone realized they were witnessing Texas music history being made. We've heard talk of a possible "reunion tour" and we hope they will make the Clubhouse a part of it! |
| Kristen Kelly and Joe Churchill, from the band "Modern Day Drifters" started off the night with a great set of originals and a cover or two. Kristen co-wrote "Down in Flames" with Stoney LaRue & Brandon Jenkins and we got to hear her sing it. We also enjoyed hearing the story behind the song. We look forward to having them back soon. |
