| Last summer, we got to hear Josh Grider and his wife at the Ranch's Texas Music Series at 8.0 in Sundance Square. Immediately I started trying to figure out how we could book them together as a duo for a Clubhouse show. A year later (and 7 months pregnant) Kristi joined Josh on our stage for a show we will never forget! |
| Fort Worth's own Van Darien ( aka Vanessa Bussey ) opened the show for Josh & Kristi. Vanessa has a beautiful voice, as well, and it was a great opening set. Josh and Kristi sang several songs from Josh's latest CD, "Million Miles To Go", as well as some new songs from the upcoming Josh Grider Trio EP - due out later in August. |
----------------> Clubhouse Girl, Rachel, made a really cute "dollar tree" for Baby Boy Grider ( we now know his name will be Joshua James Grider, or "J.J." to friends and family). By the end of the evening the tree was full of dollar bills (and some $5's, too!). |

We gave Josh and Kristi a few baby gifts, including a couple of really cute little outfits! Here they are holding up a "Lil' Cowboy" outfit. We also gave them a little one piece outfit with a guitar on the front and it says "Rock and Roll" on the back... too cute! |
| It was a GREAT night of music and we wish Josh & Kristi the best with the upcoming birth of their baby boy! They promised to come back - next time as a "threesome" - Josh, Kristi & JJ Grider! We can't wait! |
