| It was another great night at the Clubhouse Acoustic Series! Although we were unsure about the turnout - due to the 12 Man Jam around the corner at Billy Bob's- we had a great... and very appreciative... audience. |
| We had seen Shad Blair at Crosswires in Paris, TX, so we knew how good he was, but it was obvious, he gained many new fans after his set on Sunday. He's an excellent song writer, and has a great voice. We can't wait to get him back again. It's been way too long since Mike Graham and his guys have played a Clubhouse show. They had two great sets of originals (including some new stuff & a xouple of covers) and were very gracious when songs were requested (thanks guys for playing "Atlantic City" for Emily & Joni!) |
| After last week's "rant" on the picture page, we were unsure what to expect from tonight's crowd. We had a few "rowdies" show up for the show, but they didn't stick around long. After they "exited the building", we had a great listening crowd, and would like to thank everyone for being so attentive. We look forward to the upcoming XMas party with Travis Linville & Stoney LaRue, and although we ask that everyone be respectful of the musicians, we are planning on having quite a party!
