A few months ago, Clubhouse friend and fellow Texas Music fan - Dennis Merrill, called me regarding a musician he had heard on XM radio. His name was Brad Colerick. Brad is from California, but fits right in with the "Texas" artists we usually book at Clubhouse shows. Dennis had just heard Brad's song, "Juarez" and was blown away. In fact, he immediately got on the phone and tracked Brad down (through his booking agent) and told him he needed to make a trip to Fort Worth and play a Clubhouse show. After checking him out on his my space page and his website, I agreed with Dennis. It only took a couple of emails and Brad was booked! He routed the trip coming in from Austin (he played a house concert the night before), so it worked out well for him.
Keith Davis has a new CD out - and is heavily promoting it. In fact, this week is Keith's 30th birthday and he is "celebrating" his birthday and the new cd by playing 30 shows in 30 days! Wonder if he's feeling his age this week???

Keith and Brad were a perfect fit for our song swap format. Both guys told lots of entertaining stories as well as played many songs from their cds as well as some brand new stuff.
Keith's younger brother, Taylor, is an aspiring musician. He got up with Keith and did a great song!
Obviously, both of the Davis brothers are very talented.
Hopefully, Taylor will come back and play some more songs for us!

Thanks, Dennis, for turning us on to Brad's beautiful music!
It was another great Clubhouse Concerts show!
We look forward to having both Brad and Keith play for us again ( and Taylor, too!).
Thanks, too, to Jenny Glass for doing a great job with the sound.
