Honoring our friend, Buck Jones

held at Billy Bob's on Sunday April 22, 2007
Buck Jones was a very special friend to the Clubhouse girls. He has played the Clubhouse show several times, even playing for Joni's birthday party the past two years.
As you have probably heard, Buck was killed in a tragic accident on the early morning of Saturday, March 17th.
He was loved by many in the Texas Music community and on this night, there were many musicians and fans attending the show in tribute to their love for him.
Buck's parents, Tim & Linda, were also in attendance. They, as well as we, were very overwhelmed by the outpouring of love shown for Buck. Jeff & LeiLani Coker took these photographs from the show.

A Note of Thanks...
Thank you to everyone that came out for the celebration of Buck's life. It was a huge success. Tim and Linda Jones were overwhelmed by the love and generosity of everyone (as were we).
Thanks also to Walt, Brandon, Sam, Jason Eady & Josh, Bruce, Jeremy and Jamie & all of the other musicians that were there to support this great cause.
Finally a HUGE thank you to everyone that stepped in at the last minute to help make this one of the proudest nights the Clubhouse Girls have been a part of ( Jeff & LeiLani Coker, Chuck Taylor & Rick Lovett @ The Ranch, Robert Gallagher & Marty Travis and the staff from Billy Bob's - to name a few). The "Texas Music Community" is truly "family" and we thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
